The system is multi-lingual, accommodating a wide variety of character sets including Cyrillic, Arabic, Chinese and Western. The country or office with which a user is associated will determine the language and you can control the other options available.

Special features allow country specific data to be recorded as part of any record.  Multiple documents can be attached to a catalogue record and each document can be Full Text Indexed and searchable.

The Inter Library Loans (ILL) process allows you to easily manage requests best fulfilled by external libraries.

You can log requests for research and information in your custom-designed data entry template and relate requests to materials in the catalogue or create an Inter Library Loan request.

You can generate management information in real-time, for any individual library or across a group of libraries. You can custom design statistics and usage reports using Report Builder, an ad-hoc reporting tool.
