Role: Library/Archive Management Systems Software Sales Consultant

Must a have proven and successful track record of selling software solutions to libraries/archives and information centres preferably to corporates. Primarily a remote working role researching new prospects and opportunities carrying out prospect product demos online, though some travel may be required attending other relevant industry events. Working online alongside teams in the UK, USA and Canada. Daily activities could be performed from a home office.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a sales/customer service role in information management / library / archive industry
  • Empathetic with a natural ability to develop trusted relationships
  • Client-focused, high attention to detail, organised
  • Outgoing and friendly personality and excellent team player
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Proficient with online tools (e.g. GTM), MSFT Office (PPT), and familiar with CRM Systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


An aptitude to build up professional relationships with international clients, a conscientious approach to admin and record keeping, and the personality to fit in well with a team are all important. Applicants should ideally have a good understanding of the library market and database technologies.

Role: Client Services Consultant

We are looking for a Client Services Consultant to join our successful team.

If you are a dynamic and detail oriented implementation professional that enjoys interacting with clients and data in equal measures, this is a great opportunity to become an integral player in our continuing success.

You will be responsible for various interactions with our clients, from managing software implementations to helping clients learn our software and supporting them along the way.

To be considered for this role, you must have: 

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Be self-managing & have a “Can Do” attitude.
  • Experience in a project manager/implementation role.
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS.


Preference will be given to those having the following skills:

  • Experience in a Helpdesk role.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
