Online Remote Access
Soutron subscribes to the web-based online meeting service from GoToMeeting to provide you with real time, interactive online support.
GoToMeeting enables rapid diagnosis and resolution of support issues through instant sharing and remote interaction with your desktop. We can diagnose problems, and, with your permission, transfer files, run patches or updates and test the performance of applications without the need to schedule on-site visits.
GoToMeeting provides secure and universal connectivity via the internet, allowing you to connect and collaborate at any time, from any place, with no need to modify your security infrastructure.
We also make use of GoToMeeting for training, application design and installation, and sales presentations.
