Soutron offers a range of training programs for both Soutron and Inmagic products, to instil confidence in, and familiarity with, your new system as quickly as possible, minimising disruption to your services and workflow on installation.

Soutron's training has the specific goals of improving your capability, capacity and performance.

We aim to make training enjoyable and stimulating.  Our friendly, patient, experienced trainers will share their product knowledge, answer questions about your particular challenges and help you to make the most of your new system, from the outset, with hands-on exercises.

Whether you book onsite training at your premises or web-based training, you'll find that sitting at your own workstation while you train is much more effective than classroom style tutorials.

Onsite Training

Tailored to your organisation's specific needs, you might find that onsite training is extremely efficient and cost effective.

Our sessions allow you to explore the latest features of your technology, with hands-on instructor-led exercises.  The textbases we use for training contain full text, bibliographic and imaging elements, to accommodate users of all professions. And all participants receive clear, well-organised course materials for easy-reference post-training.

Web-based Training

A highly dynamic and flexible way of learning at your own desk, which allows you to ask questions at any time and immediately see the answer demonstrated on your screen.

Customers who have experienced our web-based training seminars agree that the low student/instructor ratio, and the ability to answer questions and get immediate feedback in the comfort of their own office, makes it an extremely effective training experience.

And accessing web-based training couldn't be easier, you simply need a computer, phone, and internet browser to participate.

Once you've scheduled your web-based training seminar, you'll use our GoToMeeting software which temporarily establishes a web-based connection between your computer and Soutron, for sharing visuals and online interaction.
