Soutron Ease of Use and Flexibility Cited as Reasons for Upgrade

International library transformation company Soutron Global announces that Halliburton Energy Services has upgraded to Soutron for their library and knowledge management solution. Halliburton Energy Services (HES) is located in Houston, TX and previously had used InMagic.
