Update regarding Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)

We are closely monitoring the evolving situation that we all find ourselves in. First of all I want to re-assure you that we have put into place procedures to ensure that all of our clients continue to receive the level of support that you have come to expect from us, in particular from the help desk.

As such we have implemented a working from home policy for most of our staff which ensures that all support staff are physically separated to mitigate any problems if one of us was to become infected with the virus.

So it is business as normal, our phone system is internet based and we can all pick up calls from home. Our hosting partners have also put into place procedures to ensure continuity of service.

We hope you are all staying safe and well and we will, of course, continue to update you on our service should anything change.
