Soutron Global Selects Library Industry Veteran, Kate Noerr, as Board Advisor

Tony Saadat, CEO of Soutron Global, is pleased to announce that Ms. Kate Noerr has been appointed to the position of Board Advisor to Soutron Global. Ms. Noerr brings a wealth of experience in establishing, co-founding, growing and managing a number of information technology companies, most recently MuseGlobal, Inc., a visionary and successful federated search, harvesting and data manipulation company.

Ms. Noerr has extensive experience with library technologies, having co-founded IME Ltd. in the 1980s, which grew to have several thousand installations of its flagship library system product line throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Ms. Noerr has also been professionally associated with several other library automation companies, guiding their direction, strategy, and business approaches in a visionary manner.

Ms. Noerr serves as Chairman of MuseGlobal, Inc., and is also a Board Director of the San Francisco Firefighters Cancer Prevention Foundation, as well as working with a number of other for-profit and non-profit organizations. She has previously served as a member of the board of the Content Division of the Software Information and Industry Association (SIIA), the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry. In addition to Board memberships, Ms. Noerr is a well-known presenter and panelist at industry conferences and events.
