Our world, clients, partners, employees and their families have all been greatly affected by COVID-19. As a result of the potential consequences, this subject has weighed heavily on my mind!
We recently put in place policies to protect our employees and their families to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The driving force behind this is our focus on people. Our relationships with you, our partners and employees are our most valuable assets.
We remain dedicated to providing the same outstanding service you’ve come to expect from us. We have activated the relevant portions of our business continuity plans that encompass situations like this, though we hoped we’d never have to do so!
As we confront the challenges of this situation, we strive to make the “right” choices for our employees and clients. What works today may not be enough tomorrow so we’re empowering ourselves by staying informed. We have amazing people and we want them to continue to do their best. For now, know that we’re here for you.
I have always encouraged our organization to take the long view and not be daunted by short-term turbulence. COVID-19 has certainly shocked us all! However, the values embraced by Soutron Global ground us and we’ll continue to rely on them to guide us into a brighter future.
