Soutron’s Search Portal technology for libraries or archives is template driven, incorporating HTML5 and CSS style sheets, making it easy to seamlessly integrate with websites. Webmasters can use their skills to custom design the interface or have Soutron Global provide the customization.
For many archives or libraries, a single Search Portal is ideal, but if multiple portals are needed, these can be simply created. To make it even easier, you can choose from Soutron’s pre-designed templates, each with a different theme that can be branded and applied within minutes.

We would swap the Soutron logo for that of your organization and can amend the colours, fonts and background images to those you supply to match that of your corporate branding.
It is easy to make changes to an existing theme using our template design editor. This allows changes to the portal pages, results page and full record display pages. You can control headers and footers, amend text, change layout etc. You can also create additional content pages for specific subject areas or departments and customize your navigation menu.
Alternatively, you can request Soutron Global to make changes to your specification at our standard hourly rate for customization work.
If you have specific ideas that you want to implement, you can create your own theme and portal design from scratch.
If you want to integrate the system with your website and your webmaster has already laid out styles via CSS and you want to apply them, you can do so using the integrated template designer with HTML5 tools.
